The Government Roadmap announced a couple of days ago, states that ‘self-contained accommodation may be permitted to open in England from 12 April to guests from the same household, subject to confirmation closer to the time. Self-contained accommodation has been defined as accommodation that does not require the shared use of bathing, entry/exit, catering or sleeping facilities.

A campsite or glamping site with shared indoor bathing facilities, will not be able to open until 17th May at the earliest.

Guests will be limited to groups of six people or two households. This restriction on party size in England will apply until 21st June at the earliest’.

This means that we will not be able to open the campsite until 17th May at the earliest (unless any changes to restrictions are announced by the government).

We have been inundated with enquiries, and we are doing our best to work our way through them…thank you for your patience.

It feels very much like Spring 2020 🙁
