Terms and Conditions for our Camping Pods and The Shepherds’ Hut

Thank you for choosing to book. We look forward to welcoming you. When you make this booking you are entering into an agreement with us. Please read our terms and conditions of booking below.

 

PRICE:

The price of the accommodation includes:

– the hire of the Camping Pod / Family Pod / Family Plus Pod / The Shepherds’ Hut

– use of electricity in the Camping Pod / Family Pod / Family Plus Pod / The Shepherds’ Hut

– use of our campsite facilities (showers, toilets and washing up sinks)

 

PETS:

Dogs are welcome to stay with you in either our Camping Pods / Family Pod / Family Plus Pods or The Shepherds’ Hut.  We do not charge extra for dogs, but they must NOT be left alone inside either the Camping Pods / Family Pod / Family Plus Pods or The Shepherds’ Hut.

Dogs MUST be KEPT ON A LEAD AT ALL TIMES whilst on the campsite.

 

CANCELLATION AND INSURANCE:

Once you have booked your holiday, our agreement is a legal contract and your payment is non-refundable. If for whatever reason you cannot take your holiday and the booking cannot be re-let, you are still liable to pay for the booking in full.  If we do succeed in re-letting the booking,  we will refund your monies to you – MINUS a 20% administration fee.

If you cancel your booking less than 7 days before the start of your stay, you will not be entitled to a refund.

For this reason we strongly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance, which is inexpensive and can be obtained from any good broker.

 

NON-AVAILABILITY OF ACCOMMODATION:

We would only cancel your holiday if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would offer you an alternative date within the next 12 months. Our liability would not extend beyond this.

 

ARRIVAL:

Your accommodation will be available to you from 2pm on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged.
PLEASE TRY NOT TO ARRIVE EARLIER – as we will still be busy preparing your accommodation, and will not be available to welcome you.

 

DEPARTURE:

Please be ready to leave the accommodation by 11am on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged.
We do ask that you LEAVE THE ACCOMMODATION ‘AS YOU FOUND IT’.
Please be aware that we clean the accommodation ourselves, and that during busy times we only have the 3 hours between lets in which to ready the accommodation for our next guests.

 

DAMAGES AND BREAKAGES:

PLEASE TAKE CARE WITH OUR PROPERTIES.
You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. PLEASE REPORT THESE AS SOON AS THEY OCCUR. During busy times we only have 3 hours to make the accommodation ready for our next guests, and we do not have any time to go shopping!

We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but WE MAY SEND YOU AN INVOICE FOR REPAIR, OR MAKING GOOD, IF THE DAMAGE IS SIGNIFICANT.

 

LIABILITY:

We DO NOT accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, which may occur in the duration of your stay.

 

DATA:

Any data collected during the course of this booking may be kept on file, for use only by ourselves.

 

PAYMENT DETAILS:

We require PAYMENT IN FULL at the time of booking.

You can book online via our website.

We accept payment by debit card, credit card or bank transfer.

 

 

 

Terms and Conditions for Lanefoot Farm Campsite

Thank you for choosing to book your stay at Lanefoot Farm Campsite. We look forward to welcoming you. When you make this booking you are entering an agreement with us. Please read our terms and conditions of booking below.

 

PRICES:

The price per pitch includes the following:
Grass tent pitch, or

Grass tent pitch with an electric hook up, or

Hard standing pitch with an electric hook up.

The following are extra:

Additional adults @ £13.00/£12.00per night
Additional children @ £6.00 per night

 

PETS:

Well behaved dogs are permitted by prior arrangement at no additional cost.
They MUST be KEPT ON A LEAD AT ALL TIMES.

 

CANCELLATION AND INSURANCE:

Once you have booked your holiday, our agreement is a legal contract and your payment is non-refundable.

We ask for a deposit at the time of booking to confirm the booking.

Please note that YOUR DEPOSIT IS NOT REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

The balance payment for the booking is due approximately 2 weeks before the start of your stay. An email will be sent to the email address on the original booking form, giving details of the balance due, with a link to a secure payment system, so that you can pay the balance online before arrival.

If for whatever reason you cannot take your holiday and the booking cannot be re-let, you are still liable to pay for the booking in full, even if we have not yet received your balance.  If we do succeed in re-letting the booking, you are no longer liable for the balance, or we will refund it to you if you have already paid it – MINUS a 20% administration fee.

If for whatever reason you cancel your holiday LESS THAN 7 days before the start of your stay, then your total payment is NOT REFUNDABLE.

DAMAGES AND BREAKAGES:

Please take care with our properties.  You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause on the site.  Please report any damages as soon as they occur.  We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may send you an invoice for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant.

 

LIABILITY:

We DO NOT ACCEPT ANY LIABILITY for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party, or any vehicles or possessions, whilst you are staying on site.

 

DATA:

Any data collected during the course of this booking may be kept on computer, and used solely by ourselves.
