Just got back from a couple of days away and found this place to stay for the night in our van, lovely place, peaceful with great views and Connor could not have been more helpful. Short walk into Braithwaite for tea and a few drinks at the local pub.
Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

We absolutely love Lanefoot farm campsite. Everytime we visit the Lakes we always try and get booked in. We have a Mercedes campervan and find the pitch size perfect, plenty of room between pitches with beautiful scenery. Facilities are perfect for what we need, very well kept and very clean. These guys have thought of everything.
Lovely walking routes straight from the campsite. Either straight into Braithwaite upto force crag mine, or picturesque routes up into Whinlatter forest, off the main road whether your mountain biking or on foot. Lovely pubs in Braithwaite and fantastic food at the cafe in whinlatter. Keswick a short car drive away or even a bike ride. Perfectly placed. ❤️

Lovely quiet campsite within good walking distance to Braithwaite, Keswick and lovely walks in the surrounding countryside.

There is a little stock of food and other basics available in the reception.

A well rounded place to stay. The staff are excellent. Hassle free on all levels.

Definitely staying again in the future.

Just back from a break in Lake District , spent two nights in the campsite . Quiet , relaxed and peaceful . My wife and I were completely chilled out and the rain stopped long enough to have a good walk into Braithwaite and sample one of the best cooked breakfasts ever . Definitely be back .

Our favourite campsite in the Lakes, pitches for Campervans are spacious, little shop on site well stocked with snacks and tins. Washing up area clean and warm. Showers are free although pressure could be better. Dry room for wet clothes. Best thing is the location, a steep but short, beautiful walk into Whinlatter Forest, short walk to Braithwaite and a regular bus that goes into the centre of Keswick that is dog friendly.

Nice campsite. Well positioned for some stunning walks.

Good amenities for a campsite, toilets were clean and water was always hot for showers and washing up.
